"Living in Columbus, I have a large number of dentists to choose from, and I thought I had made my choice. When I arrived to have a crown placed at my second visit, I was left sitting in the chair waiting for the dentist for almost FIVE HOURS! Patients came and left, while I sat getting numbed again and again.
Needless to say, I was not happy. I did not tolerate the crown well and ended up needing a root canal. After speaking with friends and some other dental professionals, I decided not to return to the Columbus dentist for completion of the root canal.

I called Dr. Jump and explained the situation to him. Not only did he agree to take my case, but he stated that he would use the safest and most sterile techniques to complete the procedure that was started outside of his office. I found this to be a great comfort because Dr. Jump right away made safety and the professional standard a priority. This put me a great ease, especially after several weeks of tooth discomfort.

My visit with Dr. Jump went so well that I now find that the drive from Columbus to Newark is definitely worth the type of service and care that I receive. I never worry about simply be left sitting in the chair waiting or being treated like another co-pay. Dr. Jump and Dr. Main seem to do something that is being lost in health care today – they care. Being a health care professional myself, I find a caring nature to be very important and would highly recommend their office to anyone within driving distance!
